For many students, learning science is like learning another language. The vocabulary can be challenging, especially when it describes concepts that students can’t actually see with their own eyes, such as DNA, organelles, or forces. In this session, you will learn ideas on how to scaffold vocabulary building using a variety of tools and the four Cs.
